Our business is designing, installing and servicing Building Automation Systems for commercial buildings.
We specialize in building software solutions for energy management, client comfort, and efficient equipment operation. We also provide commercial electrical services.

Our Service Team
Owner and President Mike Kerr has worked in the controls industry since 1990. He is an Applied Science Technologist (AScT.) and has a Diploma of Technology in Electronics; Process Automation and Instrumentation. He is also a fully qualified Journeyman Electrician.
Controls Technician Chad Nichol has been a member of the Kerr Controls Inc. team since 2004. He is a Journeyman Electrician and has formal training in Digital Controls Configuration and Programming, and BACNET.
Our Graphics Technician, Gagan Khaira, has a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Technical Certificate in Networking and Electronics.
Other team members include Journeyman Electrician Steve Lau, and Apprentice Electricians Mike Friday and Peter Siebring.
Our office administrators are Christy Kerr and Sandra Jaycox.
