Controls Technician/Programmer
Kerr Controls Inc. is seeking an advanced level Controls Technician/Programmer to join our team.
Duties:
Installation, programming and commissioning of DDC building control systems. This includes: day-to-day service and maintenance, system diagnoses & repair, basic to advanced programming and graphics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience with DDC programming
- Minimum of 5 years experience with BAS installation, service and repair
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and all related mechanical equipment and building systems
- Diploma from a technical institute in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Prefer formal training in BACnet protocol
Ability to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships and strong organizational and computer skills are a must.
