Victoria International Airport
Kerr Controls Inc. installed the KMC Controls DDC system for the departures phase of the Victoria International Airport Expansion Project.
Kerr Controls Inc. currently maintains all of the Victoria International Airport DDC and mechanical equipment including sewer pump stations, overhead doors, chillers, air handlers, boilers, and baggage conveyors.
Parkade lighting, heating, and ventilation
Commercial Office Buildings
We Maintain and repair HVAC, DDC, and all related mechanical equipment for many office buildings in the Greater Victoria area.
Fire Halls
Kerr Controls Inc. is an Installation Contractor
for Nederman Canada Limited. We have installed Nederman exhaust extraction
systems in a number of fire halls throughout lower Vancouver Island
and provide maintenance for those systems.
